Contracted Parties Summit 2026

ICANN Contractual Compliance will present its observations regarding:

• Eight months of enforcing Registration Data disclosure requirements under the Registration Data Policy, including related challenges and steps ICANN Compliance is taking to address them.
• Scenarios related to requests to registrar‑affiliated privacy and proxy services and how they apply/do not apply.
• Contracted parties to share challenges or observations related to meeting disclosure requirements.

Expected Outcomes:
To discuss the implementation of the Registration Data Policy and contracted party obligations related to Registration Data disclosure. With eight months of enforcement completed by April 2026, ICANN Contractual Compliance will share key observations and common challenges identified through compliance investigations.
