Contracted Parties Summit 2026

Responsibly bridging the Web2/Web3 namespaces - a technical update Ideally a panel discussion with a representative from SSAC, an active IETF participant, and a registry operator who has implemented a Web2/Web3 deployment. Note: This technical focus is distinct from last year’s Web2/Web3 session, which was more consumer-facing.

Expected Outcomes: Educate the community on the work currently taking place within the SSAC Responsible Integration to the DNS Ecosystem (RIDE) Working Party and within the IETF regarding Web2/Web3 namespace integrations, and how this work aligns with existing deployments undertaken by current ICANN contracting parties.
