Leticia joined ICANN in 2012. She leads compliance investigations across the registrar and registry landscape and provides strategic guidance and training on a broad range of contractual obligations within the Contractual Compliance function. She also supports cross‑functional initiatives, with a particular focus on obligations related to DNS Abuse, other forms of abuse, and requirements designed to protect registrants and users worldwide. Leticia is an attorney with a background in private international law, and has a long‑standing interest in technology, internet governance, and policy.
